Crime Victim Compensation Fund
These funds are available to eligible victims of crime. It can pay for medical expenses, mental health counseling, lost wages, funeral expenses and loss of support for victims dependents

Leaving is always dangerous. Safely leaving is the goal. Call C.A.R.E. to help you plan to leave, or to help you stay home and stay safe.
PREVENTION EDUCATION
Speakers are available for schools, civic, church, health, and other organizations. Topics include Safety Planning, Dating Violence, Violence in the workplace and many others.

Free legal assistance may be available if you are a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking.
VOLUNTEERISM
C.A.R.E. provides 40 hours of training for Volunteers who work directly with victims on the hotline, in shelter, at court, and on the Hospital Response Team. Other Volunteers assist at our ReUse Stores and community events. Including assisting at our Re-Use Centers. Call C.A.R.E. (941) 639-5499.
